Southwest Good
Samaritan Ministries

General Information

Work consists mainly of light construction, painting, home repair, plumbing, and on some occasions, electrical work. Because SWGSM has no funds for work projects, we recommend that each participant raise at least $200 towards your work project. We deem the money you raise as "Work Project Funds" when received.

SWGSM asks that you pick out projects that fit your budget and skill level. Although, projects do sometimes change unexpectedly, we will make every effort to fit the project you choose to your groups' needs.

Mission Work groups no longer cross the border into Mexico. All work will be done on the Texas side of the border, so no passports are required.

This deposit will be applied to housing charges and is non-refundable if canceled within two-months of the reservation date. Please send the deposit as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates of participation.

Order  Feliberto's Memoir:
I Was A Stranger

Seeing the face of the God of Jesus in the face and the journey of each of these brothers and sisters--the least of these--makes us feel like we are always in touch with the anguish of the cross but also with the hope of the resurrection.
